Dave’s Coaching – Week 5

In this week I have learned about Product Creation with Dave's Coaching – Week 5. Product creation it not as hard as it sounds.Dave makes it so easy to do. Don't let product creation scare you.

Having your own product can benefit you in so many ways.
Product creation is so important.

For one, you can build your prospect mailing list. Building
your own mailing list from people browsing on your website. If
they decide to opt in for some kind of offer you have this can
build your prospect mailing list.

You can build a customer mailing list where this person opt in
to your list and this is the most important mailing list. They
will likely buy from you again because they have bought from you
already. This person has already bought from you.

You can build an affiliate list. Built up from anybody who
signs up for your promotion tools. Meaning if anyone wants to promote
your products. You can also mail to your affiliate list for
the future.

The most important one is building your branding name. You will
be building your brand name. It is important to brand yourself.
Get your own name for your domain name. That in itself is
building your own brand name.

Make sure you are promoting good products. You are putting your
name to that product. The more your name is out there, the more
people know of you and your products the better your brand name
becomes. The better your brand name becomes the more chance there
is of someone signing up to your list.

Having your own product you will get 100% of all your sales
you make as a appose being an affiliate. You get to set your
commission level for whatever you prefer on your product.

The best kind of products to create is information products.
They are very fast to create and very easy to do. They are
very profitable because you can create them on demand. You also
can get them out there on the market place fast.

You can build 3 types of mailing lists from this one product.

1. Prospect mailing list
2. Customer mailing list
3. Affiliate mailing list.

All from one product you created.

Best of all you can fully automate your process from just one info
product. This is your income stream. Once you created this one
product then continue to create another info product. Build your business
gradually and build those income streams.

Create your own product from scratch, getting out there for
sale and having it earning money for you the rest of your life.
This is called creating many income streams.

Look for Products that....

Telling someone how to do things...
Telling someone how to do something...
Tell someone how to make money...
Solving people's problems like ex: curing hay fever etc.
Helping someone in some kind of way...

Dave's Coaching - Week 5 goes into a lot of detail on how
to choose the best info product. Do a research on Clickbank
Marketplace this is the easy way. If they are popular on
Clickbank then they are a popular informational
product. End of story.

The higher the gravity on Clickbank the better. Anything over
10 (gravity) is probably doing well. Just because a subject is
very popular don't think that it is too crowded. Make sure you
choose something popular in informational products. They must
sell well. Be creative.

Now that you found out a popular product refine it. Pick out at
least 3. Go to Google and search. Have a look on other people's
blogs. Check out the forums. Your niche and forum after it ex:
(list building forum). Don't get side tracked while your
searching. Focus on what you’re doing. Search for websites and 
for free report. Examples below:

Niche...forum
Niche...website
Niche...blogs
Niche...free report

See what other people are saying about your niche.

Now pick out a title for your niche.

Next, you can go to PLR Monthly where they have Private Label
Rights. PLR is where you can call yourself the author and change
content as you see fit. PLR Monthly is for you if you have problems
creating your own product. This will get you moving fast.

You can get your PLR products from any where around the world so you decide what you want to do. The above mentioned is to help those who are having problems making their own PLR products?  The above mentioned are an easy solution for you.

You can also go to Google and search for your PLR "niche". When
searching for your PLR's look for few that are similar. Sometimes
one PLR content is not always great. Research more than one.

You don't have to be an expert in creating your product. You can change
it to be unique to yourself. Everybody does this. Just make 100%
unique to you. Find at least 3. 

Once you find three and then read them all. Spend time on them. Devise your own
ideas and compile your own product. Remember to take notes as you
are reading the content or watching the content. You will be able to
tell while you’re reading if it is good. Think of your titles as you
read and you will know which title to choose from.
